Head of Leasing - KSA - AFGRE - Riyadh

As part of Al Futtaim Group Real Estate team, you will be responsible for setting the AFGRE leasing strategy on the Retail Portfolio.

Your role will be responsible for preparation and implementation of leasing plans, generate future demand for the shopping center to achieve or exceed targets, manage potential tenants as well as lead lease negotiation to increase the valuation of the mall portfolio.


This role is based out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and therefore comes with a great responsibility and therefore, we are looking for a highly seasoned incumbent.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced individual who understand the ins and outs of the property leasing/portfolio management including lease negotiation and management with a reputable real estate company in the MENA region.

In order to be successful in the role, you would need to have sound knowledge of leasing procedures within the local market. You must also have a proven track record in a leadership role and able to manage cross functional relationships effectively.
