Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Based in Saudi our client is one of the largest financial institution for more than 30 years . Our client is looking to hire a Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs to be based in Riyadh

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to the different businesses and functions across all the core businesses and business lines.
- Review contracts and agreements and ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as their protection of the banks interests.
- Work with the business on the legal structuring of transactions.
- Approve new products and transactions.
- Collect and analyze information on legal issues and propose solutions.
- Carry out punctual legal studies.
- Advise the business on any legal issues with clients.
- Participate in trainings and provide information to the banks departments to ensure a regular monitoring of the legal issues.
- Manage litigation and client dispute files.
- Preserve the secrecy and confidentiality of all information received as per the banks policies
- Comply with all of the banks policies and procedures the aimed purposes.

Requirements

- BSc in Law.
- Minimum of 10-15 years experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Managerial role.
- Banking experience is a must.
- Candidate should be based in Riyadh.
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic.
