The RoleThe RoleMy Client, a leader in exploration of natural resources, real estate, investments and retail is seeking a Head of Legal. Main Responsibilities: Handling of overall legal requirements of the business and in particular preparation, review, negotiation and coordination of legal documents relating to incorporation of new companies (fully owned and joint ventures) including Shareholders Agreements. Liaising with external law firms in UAE, Africa and other parts of the world. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: 1. Years of experience: 5 to 7 years of legal experience with regional/international law firms or multinational companies. 2. Areas of Practice: Strong corporate law background. 3. Languages: English and Arabic and preferably French Please apply now online. |
