The RoleThe RoleThis position will be responsible for working with equipment manufacturers and vendors to develop best maintenance strategies; Recommends of the best maintenance practices for equipment. Develops predictive and preventative maintenance program and procedures, verifies by audits to minimize potential failures; monitors a condition based work environment to ensure early identification of deviations or potential equipment failures; Recommendation regarding corrective action based on outcome of failure analyses; Specific maintenance on specialised equipment like DCS/ESD/MMS; Inventory catalogue and BOM optimisation. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 12-14 overall experience 5 years experience Petrochemical/Gas Industry, 3 years experience working in a Maintenance environment; Experience in CMMS applications; Specific experience in applying the principles of maintenance reliability such as RCM, FMECA, RCA and EDMS systems. Proven track record in working effectively in multi-cultural and multi discipline work environments. |
