Job description / Role
Main Responsibilities:
- Management Control:
* Budget preparation and follow-up
* Performance analysis ¡V Producing Performance Monitoring Report
* Expenses and Capex monitoring
* Financial Communication & Rating Agencies relations: support CFO in financial communication duties (presentation, press release, relations with analysts, rating agencies)
* Client revenues (incl. raroc) follow-up
* Ad-hoc profitability analysis on business lines / support functions / projects
* Capacity to advise on strategic financial matters: dividends distribution, capital adequacy, capital increase, participations in subsidiaries, divestments, etc¡K
- Corporate Planning
* Preparation of Medium Term Plan
* Preparation of Strategic Positioning Exercise
* Maintaining strategic and regulatory watch / benchmarking vs peers
* Preparing / Validating business plan for new / restructured activities
* Follow-up of Key Projects defined by Executive Management (primarily financial aspects)
Requirements
Profile:
- Solid background in Management Control within Financial or Banking area
- Background / knowledge in Accounting
- Strategic thinking & Corporate Planning skill set: analysis & synthesis, capacity to understand and anticipate market and regulatory changes
- At ease with IT / Systems matters able to define key requirements
- Communication skills: internal and external / Assertiveness and diplomacy
- Organization and Management skills
