The Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) aims to achieve both as it seeks to build a clean, environmentally friendly, civil nuclear power program for the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

As Managing Agent, CH2M HILL will assist ENEC in assuring the successful implementation of any Civil Nuclear Power Program introduced in the UAE through all phases, including program development beyond the conceptual phase. These responsibilities include implementation of owner’s responsibilities to comply with International Atomic Energy Agency recommendations, master program planning, and licensing and permitting associated with nuclear and support facilities.
Description and Desired Qualifications
CH2M HILL Head of Management System - Abu Dhabi, UAE
The challenge? To contribute and oversee development of the Management System in order to achieve regulatory compliance and best practices.

Key Accountabilities:
•Develop and oversee ENEC's Management System to ensure compliance, integration and functionality.
•Liaison to the Management System Integration Committee (MSIC) to propose, report and implement enhancements to the Management System.
•Ensure development and integration of operational Management system in future phases.
•Track and report on Management System activities completed, in progress and pending development
•Contribute, oversee and enforce procedures and processes for Management System documents.
•Contribute, oversee and enforce templates, formatting, style and standards for Management System documents.
•Author, edit and proofread Management System documents as necessary.
•Manage Direct Reports to ensure training and performance.
•Manage department work to ensure prioritization and completion of tasks.
•Interface with Functional Element Leads and Document Developers on all aspects of the Management System.
•Interface with MSIC on all aspects of the Management System.
•Act as major interface with ENEC staff on all aspects of the Management System.
•Direct and participate in continuous improvement activities such as self-assessments and audits.
•Ensure and provide training to staff on Management System document development.

Requirements


Requirements

You should be a self-motivated professional with ten or more years experience in corporate governance, and have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally.

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree
•10 years experience in a corporate governance or communications role
•10 years experience in managing projects.
•5 years management experience.
•Excellent English fluency and business, communication, writing and presentation skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to present information effectively to management and staff.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Quality aptitude

Preferred Experience:
•Experience in design/construction
•Experience in program/project management techniques and tools.
•Experience in policy, process and procedure writing.
