The Role


The Role

Responsible for setting up the goals and objectives, budgets and commercial targets of a luxury multibrands store in alignment with the Group’s strategic direction for the short and long term.

In addition, you will be responsible for the planning and development of retail shops networks, and managing the human capital in your area, directly or through subordinate managers, ensuring excellence of commercial performance.

• Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the store/ brand’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the store/ brand.

• Elaborate the vision at the division level and set up the yearly strategic plan and the yearly budgets in accordance with the organization’s vision and mission

• Conduct strategic meetings with suppliers, regional teams…to negotiate commercial conditions (margin, animations, exclusivity…)

• Develop and conduct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards

• Coordinate with the Marketing team; recommend marketing mix for existing shops and new openings

Requirements


Requirements

Education:

University degree Business Administration, preferably an MBA

Previous Experience:

7 – 10 years with managerial roles - Retail marketing experience with Fashion or Beauty background - GCC experience is a big plus

Linguistic Skills:

Excellent command in English - Arabic is an advantage
