Only candidates with experience of working in e-commerce environments will be considered
Our client is an e-commerce start-up organisation and candidates should want to work for a new and dynamic organisation.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will develop and implement the global marketing, brand development and management, communications and online and digital media marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyse market research for consumer trends and competitor activates
Develop marketing strategies for client and customer brand, services and product and product awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement and retention
Developing promotions and relevant marketing and communications strategies with strategic partners to increase consumer engagement
Developing and managing channel and sponsorship partnerships
Presenting at conferences and public events
Managing agencies and suppliers
Organising events, conferences and exhibitions
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
7 10 years B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, PR and communications
Minimum 3 4 years experience in a similar role in the Gulf region
Strong content marketing strategy experience
3 5 years digital marketing and social media experience
Experience of public speaking
Marketing and design agency and supplier management
Experience of working in an e-commerce / payment gateway environment is essential
Candidate Profile:
Confident with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels fluency in English is essential
Ability to work cross functionally
Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing
Digital marketing qualifications would be an advantage
