Head of Marketing (Male), reporting to GM.

Our client is a major regional player with a huge FMCG market share in MENA. Currently looking for a key member of the management team responsible for the strategy and overall direction of brands, this role will be to develop, plan and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the brand, and management of category/ brand market shares, profit and loss, etc.

He will lead the marketing function. Responsible to develop the marketing strategic goals and ensure sound implementation whilst setting key performance indicators and measuring performance against them to monitor overall brand health and category portfolio growth, Formulation of Category, Channel and Consumer Promotion strategies – 6Ps, plan and implement Marketing Communication Strategy and undertake activities to raise the profile of the company and to increase revenue generation, Plan & Implement effective Channel Marketing Strategies for all brands – Modern Trade, General Trade, B2B, etc.




• MBA in Marketing (Western Educated Preferred)


• 10-12 years Marketing and Brand Management experience in a FMCG, out of which 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand Building/Development Management in MNC.
• International experience will be an definite advantage.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in KSA market is mandatory.
• Experience in developing concepts and brand communication.
• Experience in SKU rationalization, pricing, penetration, market brand activation.
• Clear understanding of consumer behavior.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Marketing business process.
• Business planning and implementation experience as well as project management.
• Ability to work independently with some oversight and under firm deadlines.


• Strategic Thinking, rigour and commercial acumen and understanding of how to deliver brand strategy through innovation.
• Good human relationships, negotiation and presentation skill, logical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are mandatory.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented fast pace-driven environment.
Candidate should be Smart, Sharp and Bright.
