Employment: Full Time

Our client is currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager

Job Purpose:
- To lead, recommend and execute the companys marketing activities to achieve the financial and strategic plan. To manage marketing budgets, set up business processes and track the return on investment

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop marketing operations, product management, partnership marketing, customer service and customer retention.
- Manage Links media and industry relations, advertising, interactive programs and communications
- Conduct market and customer research.
- Oversee international events
- Develop and manage printed and electronic communications such as the website and social media
- Manage all public relations and corporate social responsibility activity
- Regular reporting of activities to the Board

Requirements

- 10 or more years senior experience
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles
- Knowledge of product/service management
- Experience in sales and business development
- Demonstrable track record of success and performance

Technical Skills and Competencies
- IT savvy (word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Project management qualification
