Employment: Full Time

Our client, leading TV, Media and Entertainment organisation is seeking to recruit a Head of Marketing . You will be directly reporting to the Channel Head

Dimensions & Accountability (KRA’s)

• Marketing and communication leader with Arabic broadcasting expertise.

• Experienced in being a Brand custodian for a channel/Network/Broadcaster.

• Proven experience in driving awareness and reach for an Arabic channel/Network/Broadcaster.

• Thorough knowledge of Pan Arab; ATL, BTL, OOH, Digital, Trade and creative media.

• Experienced in Arabic TV channel positioning, promotion and communication.

• Ability in delivering GRP’s driven marketing performance.

• Well networked with senior Pan Arab Arabic Media professionals.

• Experience with competitive channel strategies of Arabic GE channels.

• Sound knowledge of Pan Arab audience landscape with a special focus on K.S.A.

• Experience with TV ratings performances in the Pan Arab landscape with a special focus on K.S.A.

• Channel Budget planning and resource management skills.

• Proven expertise formulating winning strategies and communication design for all media.

• Proven abilities in creating high value barters and winning cross platform ideas.

• Excellent relationship skills in Advertising/ creative Agency, media and multiple vendor management.

• Sound knowledge of Pan Arab audience landscape with a special focus on K.S.A.

• Proven success in leading a marketing vertical from the front.

• Good leadership and motivation skills.

Requirements

Experience, qualifications and skills required:

- Graduate in any discipline, a management degree will be an added advantage.

- Valid UAE Driving License;

- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
