Head of Office - Kuwait - Top International Law Firm

A top global law firm is seeking a Head of Office to be based in their Kuwait offices. The nature of the role requires a strong personality with proven leadership skills to take overall charge of the practice across the firm. It is a highly prestigious position with great responsibility and high profile clients.

The successful applicant will have a part in leading a multi-cultural and dynamic team and constantly interact between departments therefore, must possess good communication skills and most importantly be a strong leader.

The successful candidates specialty area of law is flexible but they must have experience in a decision making role as well as strong relationship building skills.

Requirements

- Be trained and qualified in either the UK, Australia or New Zealand
- Have extensive experience of the Kuwaiti market
- Have at least 7 years PQE gained at a respected law firm
- Ideally currently be based in or willing to relocate to Kuwait
