Head of Operations - Telco

This multinational Telecoms Operator is seeking a Head of Operations to be based in Central Africa.

As the Head of Operations you will act as Deputy General Manager, and number 2 in charge of the country operations.

You should have experience leading large scale operations in excess of 200 personnel and have strong experience in Finance, Business Development, Operations, Customer Service and Telecommunications Strategy.

Candidates will need to be English speaking and should currently be in a Head of Operations role for a large-scale Telco business (either operator or vendor), alternatively, we will be accepting candidates with experience at General Manager level where they have managed smaller operations.

•Willing to relocate anywhere within English-speaking Africa as needed by the business
