The RoleThe RoleOur client urgently requires a Head of Operations to be based in Bahrain. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the main purpose of this role will be to provide strategic direction to operations services, trade services, remote channels and oversee the smooth function of all business units as well as gathering market intelligence and develop business strategies. This role demands an experienced banking operations professional with the ability to provide innovative solutions through information technology, process improvements and resource management. In addition you will have the ability to quickly recognise problem areas and initiate corrective actions in a timely manner and work closely with team members to motivate, develop and manage individuals. |
RequirementsRequirementsA minimum of ten years experience in the banking industry is necessary for this role as is regional experience and a proven ability to perform end to end operational tasks. The rewards package available is comprehensive and can be suited to single persons or those with families.
