Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to, and working closely with the CEO, your primary responsibility is to establish a Performance Management Framework for the Group. This will require you to work closely with the Chairman and Heads of Business, as well as establish Performance Management teams in each of the Groups operational business units. You will be required to perform the following:

- Lead the implementation of transformation, establish the process calendar, oversee change management and manage communications,
- Consult to each of the boards to establish the relevant KPIs for the management of their business
- Oversee the development of new reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the Group.
- Prepare board reports for group financials, summarising cash management and insolvency
- Drive change in the corporate culture towards decisions being made from evidence based analysis

Requirements

Our client is looking for ambitious and highly talented professionals to join their business.

- University degree and MBA qualified candidates from recognised universities
- Prior experience in a senior performance management role, in a leading multinational organisation, consultancy or large family group,
- Have the ability to identify the key drivers the key drivers of a business, establish relevant performance reports and a regular calendar for analysing these and effecting change as a result
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and share ideas as part of the consulting process, with the aim of extracting the maximum output from the organisations resources.
