Job description / Role
You will be assisting the Human Resources Manager in implementing sound HR policies and practices to attract, develop and retain employees to support company growth and to nurture a progressive and professional HR climate in the organisation.
You will be managing the preparation and processing the payroll of all employees and tracking all related changes in order to pay the employees the right amount. Also, you will be handling the periodic payments of employees which are part of the employee's benefits.
You will manage conducting 1st Day induction programmes for all new recruits in order to ensure a good initial introduction and understanding of relevant organisation norms and processes.
You will be providing professional advice and support to employees on HR issues in order to ensure that HR policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in HR practice are achieved and maintained.
Requirements
You will have a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Business Administration or Human Resources
You must have experience in an oil and gas or professional service environment
You need to have strong communication skills and be proficient in excel spreadsheet.
You must have significant experience in a large organisation within HR Administration.
