Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading diversified business in Saudi Arabia with international interests and around 40 operating companies and international and local JVs, are currently seeking a Head of Planning to be based in the Head Office. The role reports into the Head of Finance and heads a team of 5/6 in the planning department which sits alongside Group Finance.The role is critical to the business as it leads on Reporting, Consolidation and Strategic Finance Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- All management reportingfor the Executive Committee and also Monthly, Biannual and Annual Management Meetings and related Q&A
- Oversee Consolidation
- Capex approvals for the OPCOs
- Adhoc reporting / analysis
- Financial policies and procedures update
- Manage Finance Training Programme for Saudi graduates
- Provide start up support for new OPCOs and JVs
- Strategy support and finance advisory
- BPC system handling
- Other various projects

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant
- Audit experience from Big 4
- Post Audit experience in a large reputable business (multi sector/Bricks & Mortar industry preferred)
- Experience in the GCC
- Excel and power point strong skills
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally and a team player
- Budgeting / Management Reporting experience highly desirable
- Modelling & Valuation experience would be an asset

For this senior role there is a highly competitive salary package with accommodation and education allowance.
