Head of Project – Lighting Sales

Morgan McKinley is looking to recruit a Head of Projects for one of our clients who are one of the largest organisations in the UAE.

The role is essentially a Sales Manager role where you will be managing 3-4 members of staff.

Your role will be to:
• Meet with architects and contractors to discuss the lighting requirements.
• Bring in new projects that generate business for the company
• Manage your team to ensure each member of staff is hitting their target

Requirements

You must:
• Have at least 5 years experience in the lighting industry specifically in projects and or fit-out.
• You must have experience in managing people
• Must be able to train and lead a team of people.
• Must have an electrical engineering degree.
