The RoleThe RoleHead of Project Operations, Systems Control & Automation, Qatar Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Head of Project Operations, Systems Control & Automation to join its team in Qatar. The incumbent is responsible for managing the planning and implementation processes of projects undertaken by the group. Responsibilities: • Define projects’ goals to be achieved and track the achievement of the benefits. • Manage the work program of each project as per the budget and ensure timely vendor selection. • Give regular feedback to management on the project evolution and the performance of the system. • Develop the group annual budgets and manage projects’ operations within the assigned costs and time. • Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor ‘s degree in Accounting or any related subject, ideally, MBA or Masters Degree. • Minimum of 15 years experience in a major IT Operation fields of which at least 8 to 10 years must be in the operations control and business excellent department of a bank in the GCC in a managerial capacity. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Banking Systems. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
