Head of Project Safety - QAR1.4bn Project
The HSE Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health and safety programs for the company. This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall company objectives, operations, and profitability.
This position is working contractor side, so will need a candidate who can commit to the standard 6 working days per week. in exchange, a high and attractive tax free package will be offered for the duration of the contract. Depending on the skills and qualifications the successful candidate will be paid 50,000QAR to 60,000QAR per month in total. This figure includes basic salary, housing allowance and transportation allowance & single status medical.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma or western educated Degree or Chartered member of IOSH
- Minimum of 20 years experience in construction
- 10+ years as a Safety Manager
- 2+ years GCC experience
- Experience working major infrastructure projects.
