Head of Projects Delivery – Security Systems

Job description / Role

Our client is a Global multinational with operations around the world.

The role is to oversee the delivery of complex, large scale projects across the GCC region. MNC Senior Program Manager or Programme Director level.

The Head of Projects Delivery - Security Systems will be working with a team of Project Managers and Director level professionals across different business functions to be able to achieve the following objectives:

Drive Growth
Accountability for P&L
Project Leadership
Develop and implement process excellence
Implement Risk management policies
Identify and Deliver on customer requirements
Manage project controls and governance
Manage Project Closure and handover

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

- Experience in delivering complex systems into residential, commercial or government infrastructure/buildings.

- Graduate degree in Technical, Engineering or Business discipline.

- Experience in highlighting and developing talent, driving growth, governance and troubleshooting on projects

- Experience in the Middle East

- Experience managing multiple projects/portfolio preferably in excess of US$100M

Package: 55,000 AED Monthly Salary + Family Medical + Family flights + Education allowance + Life Insurance
