The RoleThe RoleA leading Real Estate Advisory with International operations are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager. Our client are seeking a Senior Property/Director to take responsibility for various mixed use sites in Abu Dhabi, hotels, commercial real estate. One would oversee various projects, to lead an overall a team of property managers, ensure all KPI's are meet approved date, one would set up hand over maters, ensure all suppliers adhere to deadline, ensure service charges are met, ensure tenant meetings are regular, deliver to the highest standards. |
RequirementsRequirementsOne should possess a similar background with exposure to mixed use portfolios, large scale projects, one should preferably be Degree educated with a consistent CV. Current location is open. One should posses exceptional communication skills. This is an urgent requirement. |
