Job description / Role
A new opportunity has arisen with one of the leading professional services organisations here in Dubai. The Head of Proposals will be responsible for leading and winning major bids for the firm across all sectors.
The focus of the role will be to create and implement winning bid strategies to ensure the bid process is consistent and in line with best across across the firm here in the Middle East. There will be an element of coaching partners as well as taking on wider business development initiatives as the role evolves over time.
The successful candidate will come from the professional services sector and have a strong level of experience writing proposals, improving proposal processes and engaging with the partnership to ensure they understand where you add value to the overall RFP process. A commercial mindset is important, as is strong academics.
