The Role


The Role


You will be managing the overall customer experience to ensure that Nawras meets the needs of its targeted customer segments, through an excellent products & services portfolio and attractive promotions and market activities.

You will manage and coach the Proposition Management team, consisting of Proposition Managers, Customer Base & Pricing Managers, Loyalty & Retention Managers and Customer Experience Managers for different consumer segments. You will play a central role in defining the positioning of Nawras in the market place, including the unique selling points for the different segments targeted. You will take the lead in defining the marketing strategy, and convert it into yearly roadmaps and quarterly market activity plans. You will own the overall customer experience, defining it and taking actions based on Nawras' brand strategy and customer feedback collected through market surveys and various customer touch points.

You will develop and prioritize acquisition, retention, cross-selling and up-selling activities based on customer insight and analysis, with the goal to increase the customer base, ARPU, customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will manage the "go-to-market" process by tailoring offers and communication to the target segments in question, while also exploring the possibilities of executing market activities with partners.

Requirements


Requirements


You have minimum of 8 years experience, out of which at least 4 in a Marketing related function, 5 years of people management and leadership experience in the telecom sector (preferably mobile).

You also have experience from one of more of the following areas:

Define and monitor customer segments

Customer Relationship Management

Manage market launches of products, services, offers and promotions

Manage cross-functional projects

You have strong leadership abilities with experience in managing people and budgets. You are self-driven with the ability to motivate peers and subordinates. You are a team player and strong interpersonal skills. You have a creative mind with strong conceptual thinking skills. You have strong analytical skills and you have excellent communications skills (Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic skills a plus).
