Job description / Role
A prestigious Regional company is looking for a Head of Quantity Surveying to join their expanding team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.
• Prepare and monitor monthly project cashflow forecasts.
• Perform risk analysis and value management and provide periodic reports.
• Manage workload within the department, plan resources and schedule programmes.
• Establish monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs.
• Prepare sub-contractor tenders and contracts as well as submit and monitor budget per project.
Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant.
• At least 10 years of experience preferably within an Interior Design Company, though Middle East experience will be a plus.
• Proficient in Autocad and QS software.
