Job description / Role
Senior-level Quantity Surveyor required to head up the department of a major Middle East consultancy! Day-to-day your role will involve the management of everything from project feasibility, tender, procurement, BOQ's and budgets, leading a team of Surveyors throughout. As such, previous managerial and leadership experience is essential. Ideal candidates will be a member of RICS or a similar organisation.
A truly pioneering Kuwaiti multi-disciplinary consultancy who have established themselves over the years as a major player throughout the GCC. Their project experience is as broad as it is wide and includes Healthcare, Retail, High-Rise, Commercial, Residential, Education, Art & Culture and Mixed-Use.
Requirements
15+ Years in Quantity Surveying.
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Membership with Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent.
Pre-contract experience within a leading consultancy.
Ideally UK or EU national.
