Head of Recruitment for a Leading International Bank in Saudi Arabia

The Leading international Bank is looking for a Head of Recruitment candidate to coordinate with top management to develop the companys recruiting plan and strategy. This candidate will be responsible to run and evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities as well as to conduct regular meetings with management team to update status of recruiting activities, hiring results and progress of candidates in the selection process.

Requirements

- Degree in business administration, organizational psychology or related social sciences
- 10+ years work experience in recruitment management at an organization with at least 1,000 employees
- Experience in banking in the GCC region
- Knowledge of local employment laws, recruitment models and concepts
- Excellent verbal and written command of English, good command of Arabic language is of advantage
