Arabic Speaking Head of Regional Market Segment - Plastics / Chemical Manufacturing Industry
Salary Up to Dhs. 30,000/- Total Package
Our client a multinational company dealing in specialty chemicals for the plastics industry is looking to recruit a young and dynamic Head of the Regional Market Segment for Master batch Industry in their Dubai office.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the regional market segment and key account strategy, managing analysis of regional market segment and recommend resource allocation, suggest opportunities for new business development within the segment and direct regional / global key accounts.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a University degree in Marketing/ Business/ Chemical Engineering or relevant work experience of 5 - 8 years in marketing/ general management and/ or sales of Master batch or Compounding industry.
You should possess good market and product knowledge of the Master batch or Compounding industry and sound experience in plastics industry with strong project management and key account management skills. To perform the role competently, you will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills and also be a sharp, dynamic and independent individual who is able to maintain effectiveness in terms of work even under pressure.
