The RoleThe RoleHead of Relationship Management, Qatar Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Head of Relationship Management to join its team in Qatar. The successful candidate has to oversee the implementation of strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets for the Islamic Corporate Banking department. Responsibilities: • Manage / implement the roll-out of Shari’a compliant corporate banking products. • Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors when required. • Ensure an appropriate corporate credit portfolio mix, within the prevailing policies and regulations. • Submit periodic MIS reports to the executive management and update them about the unit’s performance. • Identify corporate clients based on profitability, segmentation and strategic importance to develop new investment banking opportunities. |
RequirementsRequirements• University graduate, ideally MBA in Sales & Marketing. • At least 10 years experience in financial services of which at least 7 years experience must be in the local environment. • Specialized in managing accounts / relationships of corporate clientele customers seeking Sharia’ compliant relationships.
