Job description / Role

Our client a leading global executive search firm are currently seeking a Head of Research to join the organisation. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about research and who wants the opportunity to manage a team. The role is based in the DIFC, salary is 30,000 AED + benefits.

Role:
Lead the research team based in Dubai on research projects and ensure the accuracy of research reports
Collect market information from different resources and channels
Analyse and source the information, compose reports and brief consultants on your findings
Write market analysis articles
Maintain a professional company and research image
Coach/Mentor team members

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above
5+ years experience working in a research role
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Microsoft office skills
Must be database savvy
People management skills – coach, develop and invest in people
Can work under pressure and finish working within tight deadline
