Head of Resourcing

Job description / Role

A leading FMCG Company in Kuwait is looking for a Head of Resourcing to join their team.

The main responsibilities:
- To ensure the company attracts and retains the best talent, through adopting best practice sourcing and selection methods for both internal and external candidates
- Develop a robust talent spotting and succession planning processes, which promotes dynamic career progression and free movement of talent across and between all areas of our business
- Coaching managers, colleagues and staff
- Developing and implementing Resourcing projects
- Supporting, identifying and resolving operational talent and sourcing issues
- Identify and drive the nurturing of talent through key stakeholders

Requirements

- CIPD or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position.
- A good understanding of Food Services industry sector
- Previous experience working in GCC (particularly of benefit is knowledge of Kuwait)
- Good understanding of Kuwait labor law (desired)
- Excellent technical knowledge of talent management best practice
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Arabic Speaker (an advantage)
