The RoleThe RoleHead of Retail Marketing, Qatar Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Head of Retail Marketing to join its team in Qatar. The incumbent has to plan and manage all retail marketing campaigns and activities with the retail business heads, advertising / market research agencies and corporate communications. Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance relationships with leading marketing/ advertisement agencies. • Coordinate all press conferences, special events and publicity for major new launches. • Launch marketing campaigns to acquire targeted customers and enhance existing customer relationships. • Develop marketing plans to deliver Conventional and Islamic Retail Banking financial and business objectives. • Review competitor analysis and communicate Group products’ strengths and weaknesses to the respective Product Managers. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, ideally, MBA with specialization in Marketing preferred. • At least 10 years retail banking experience, with good exposure to Product Management & advertising with at least 3 years in a supervisory level marketing role with a major banking institution in the GCC. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Banking Systems. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
