The RoleThe RoleOur client, a Middle East based Islamic bank is looking for a Head of Retail and Branches to join their expanding team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the branch network management and retail banking Asset and Liability products development, design, and profitability. Responsibilities: Guidance in the formulation and implementation of retail strategies. Establish product sales targets and business objectives for retail banking products. Lead and manage the branch network in the delivery of excellent service to customers. Ensure strict compliance with Sharia guidelines and minimize audit observations in retail business. Monitor resolution of branch customer complaints and ensure that customer Service levels adhere to standards. |
RequirementsRequirements Masters degree in Finance or Banking. Minimum 12 years of relevant banking experience, preferably with at least 5 years at a senior managerial position in retail banking in an Islamic bank or Islamic banking department in the GCC.
