The Role


The Role


As a member of the HR team, accountable for developing and delivering reward strategies, policies and practices aligned to both the needs of the company and the overall competitive industry reward practices.
Provide professional leadership in the planning, design and implementation of rewards programs and policies.
Research and evaluate company needs and global market trends, and develop new or enhances reward programs, methods and approaches in addition to policies, in the context of a predominantly expatriate workforce comprising more than 50 nationalities.
Provide integrated advice and support to HR personnel and employees on a wide range of rewards and policy-related issues.

Requirements


Requirements


University degree, preferably in a HR discipline.
Minimum 10 years related experience, preferably in oil and gas.
A relevant recognized postgraduate qualification and relevant HR professional qualification.
Substantial commercial, practical and theoretical experience in HR functions and specialization in managing reward issues for a diverse and varied population, within the context of national and international economic challenges.
Computer literacy with good knowledge of business software applications and SAP HR Module.
