Head of Sales – Insurance

Job description / Role

A large local insurance company in Dubai is looking for a Head of Sales to manage the non-life portfolio across the emirates
Reporting the the CEO you will manage a number of direct sales teams, where the primary focus is on maximizing the operational performance of the unit managed through motivating the team and understanding and effectively utilizing management information and performance monitoring processes.

The role is a change management role with a large emphasis on building sales processes and incentives to increase the portfolio and customer base and ultimately change the reputation of the business.

Requirements

-Degree educated
-Holds relevant professional qualification.
-10 years experience in insurance
-Arabic speaking preferable
-Excellent knowledge of insurance sales processes and regulations and ability to translate knowledge and experience into recommendations to add value to the business.
-Strong relationship management track record
-Good communications skills
