Job description / Role
Our client, a Tier 1 multinational consumer business, is looking to hire a Head of Sales to oversee the key account and distribution network across the Middle East & Africa.
Reporting to the MD, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Head the relationship with key accounts and distributors across 18 countries in the Middle East & Africa
- Conduct a strategic review of the business and markets across the region and develop and execute the commercial strategy framework
- Assume ownership of the P&L, sales plans and profit targets.
- Provide support to retailers and distributors in the execution of sales plans
- Manage a team of 4
Requirements
- Must have strong commercial experience in the Middle East within a multinational consumer business
- Evidence of a successful track record in growing a business and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and ideally French as well
- Experience in managing a team
