Job description / Role
A leading Destination Management Company in Dubai, seeks to appoint a Head of Sales and Marketing.
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibility is to plan, strategize and develop the business in an allocated remit of responsibility ensuring high levels of service to capitalize on all business opportunities thereby growing the business and increasing market share in accordance with the medium and long term strategy.
A proven record of consistent achievement of sales targets, MBA/degree in marketing, business or leisure/tourism related subject with 10 years plus Commercial sales and/or experience in the travel or leisure industry.
Requirements
- Excellent presentation, analytical and report writing skills.
- Global distribution channels including experience on E-commerce sales and marketing.
- Additional European language to English will be a preference.
