Employment: Full Time

Our client, a fast growing, well funded real estate developer in Abu Dhabi, developing integrated communities and mixed use developments including hospitality, educational, residential, commercial and healthcare assets, is looking for a Head of Sales, reporting directly to the CEO. The person will be responsible for overall coordination, functional management and leadership of sales and marketing activities, policies, objectives and initiatives for client's property and development portfolio.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage the Corporate Sales and Leasing team effectively to meet KPIs of existing and future developments and to successfully deliver and stabilize new projects through retail, bulk, and corporate promotion strategies
- Control all aspects of sales team operations, contracts, and administration
Conduct in-depth market research and analyze trends to help assess feasibility of new and existing projects
- Support the Development and Asset Management teams to periodically analyse assets for best returns in line with client's overall strategy
- Developing and managing relationships of key accounts with high profile customers regionally and globally these will include asset managers, SWFs, HNW local and regional customers.
- Communicate effectively on sales progress with Joint Venture stakeholders where necessary.
- Negotiating and closing sales across the property portfolio includes residential, commercial, mixed use, community development, Hotels and Hospitality and community projects(. Include individual sales, plots, land banks etc.)
- Developing tailored financial models to assess feasibility of bulk sales deals
- Developing and monitor career progression plans of the Sales team through appraisal processes
- Track teams performance against KPIs and report to CEO, including preparation management and board of directors reports
- Work closely with marketing department to ensure successful implementation of new marketing campaigns
- Leading the team sales and marketing effort in local and international trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, leads generating and prospecting.
- Achieving self and team Sales targets on consistent basis.

Requirements

- Master's/Bachelor's degree preferred in real estate or related field
- Proven track record in achieving sustainable profitable sales results in Real Estate Development industry and related services including project financing
- Proven relationship development experience in asset management circles, SWFs, family companies and HNW circles in UAE and GCC.
- Proven experience in effectively managing a high performing sales team.
- Experience in selling multi-million bulk property deals as well as selling high value commercial and residential properties.
- Strong real estate and property contact base in Abu Dhabi and Dubai particularly.
- Preferred Arabic and English speaker (Arabic is not mandatory but it would be an additional advantage).
