Salary starting from AED 15000/ Health Insurance

A Government Entity is looking to hire a native Arabic speaker - Head of Sales & Sponsorship Division for their operations in Sharjah, UAE preferably UAE national.

•Managing merchandise stock levels, pricing and making key decisions about stock control
•Developing sponsorship proposals and delivering these to top level decision makers
•Identifying key prospects to target for sponsorship
•Setting and achieving sponsorship targets on a quarterly basis
•Securing sponsorships to assist with the publicity and funding of events
•Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
•Using information technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning
•Ensuring standards for quality
•Responding to customer complaints and comments
•Promoting the organization locally by liaising with government departments, hotels, malls, newspapers and the community in general
•Organizing special promotions, displays and assisting with events
•Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing

Requirements


Requirements


•Minimum 5 years working experience
•Experience in sales/sponsorship/events/negotiation
•Computer literate, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result-orientated and pleasant personality
•High level of corporate contacts within the UAE
•Spoken and written languages in both English/Arabic
•Preferably UAE Nationals
