Our client is a leading real estate/property developer with a portfolio including both residential and commercial properties (education, sports, leisure, health and retail). Our client has offered a completely new, fresh and innovative approach to property development.

Our client is primarily focused on identifying and developing strategically located large-scale communities across the MENA region and in emerging markets.
They are currently looking for a Head of Sales with proven sales track record. UAE experience in residential/commercial/retail development is essential. The aim of the role would be to focus on the marketing and the sales of high-end developments in Dubai Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
You must be highly presentable with a co-operative, approachable and helpful attitude in order to appropriately liaise with clients and have experience in the UAE real estate market with a strong and influential network. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.

Job Description:

- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- High level negotiations and relationship management with external customers.

- Identify opportunities in Real Estate Market.

- Conduct research and analysis to determine areas for growth in Real Estate/Property development.

- Preparing special sales reports and communication tools for new buyers.

- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team.

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as required.

- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team.

- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.

- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- Developing and implementing new sales strategies for commercial sales plots in line with corporate requirements;

- Conduct one-on-one review with all Sales Team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the sales team and activity performance.

- Managing functional requirements of the Commercial Sales part of Sales and leasing department. Handling and closing commercial sales deals.

Requirements

The Person:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

5 years commercial sales and/or sales management experience in UAE in property or retail sector ( UAE nationals only)
Ideal candidate will have a background and work history that supports the ability to build, grow, and successfully manage a sales team.
Demonstrable experience developing and executing sales plans built on targeted strategies.
Excellent business sales skills (i.e. communication through writing, presentation development, delivery, and project management).
Strong oral communication skills (with internal and external partners).
Strong ability to motivate a team.
Good ability to lead initiatives.
