Maximize sales opportunities and performance to achieve revenue targets.
Assessing and supporting the Sales Engineers and Area Sales Managers on a regular basis in customer environments.
Review the development of Sales Engineers and Area Sales Managers and agree annual training and development plans with their line managers.
Ensure the Sales Engineers and Area Sales Managers achieve the rates as per target levels.
Manage the Middle East Marketing activities.
Develop marketing tools for AME ensuring consistent application and reviews of marketing campaigns.
Maintenance of consistent, accurate sales documentation both internal and external.
Monitor competitor activity and submit accurate competitor info on a monthly basis and comprehensive annual report.
Delivering improved Sat Matrix results across the AME depots
Manage the implementation and ongoing data management of the CRM ERP across AME
Responsible for the Enquiry to Cash process, conducting analysis with a view to continually improving the process.
Work closely and communicate effectively with each of the AME Area General Managers, Area Managers, Sales Engineers, Area Sales Managers, and AME support departments.
Submit monthly management reports to line manager.
Ensure all sales team adhere to AME ISO 9001: 2000 processes and all QHSE policies and procedures.
Control costs within published guidelines and authority levels.
Proven in leading, motivating and mentoring sales teams
Able to work in demanding conditions and be prepared to travel to suit the business needs.
5-10 years experience in sales, customer service delivery, and customer relationship management in the Middle East.
Excellent communication skills, able to deal at all levels of organizations.
An entrepreneurial extrovert who excels at developing customer relations and networking.
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contracts.
Knowledge of Construction, Events, Oil & Gas, EPC, Utilities sectors, Shipping and Military desirable.
Self-starter, Self motivated who can work on own initiative.
Numerate, computer literate, understands P&Ls & CRM tools.
Must be a team player and goal achiever.
Knowledge of rental styles of business desirable.
Must have good presentation, written and verbal skills
