Employment: Full Time

Title - Head of Sales
Salary - 40,000 AED Total Package

Our client is one of the largest manufacture of sugar in UAE. They are looking for a Sales Head with previous experience in Sugar Sales system and management.

The purpose of this job is to enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key corporate clients / accounts in order to further the division’s business interests. Also develop and manage effective Sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

Reporting to the General Manager/ Managing Director you will act as an ambassador and role model for the company taking the responsibility for profit and loss by increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business opportunities.

As a Sales Head you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of 25 peoples.
- Deliver strong sales strategies, approved by
management and turn approved strategies to clear and strong operational Sales “action plans”.
- Identify each market strategy.
Proper allocation of Sales team and Sales Activities.
- Set clear annual targets.
- Develop current markets and open new markets.
- Develop sales policies and procedures and get them approved by the management.
- New products suggestions according to market
demands.
- Work continuously with Hedging to improve sales
results.
- Proper development plans for all BD, M&S teams.
- Manage sales team to ensure better sales results and high ROI.
- Create an ERP database for sales knowledge to be accessed and shared by the team.
- Team meetings, new sales tactics, and results
orientation.
- Being a center of and attraction motivation for the
team. To be the leader.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualification:
- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Sales or Business Management.
- Masters Degree in Sales or Business Management would be a big plus.
- Professional certifications in Sales / Hedging from recognized entities.

Minimum Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in managing a multicultural team.
- High level experience in physical Sugar Sales systems and management.
- High level experience and knowledge of Sugar future options and Hedging. Expert in Sugar Sales / Purchase contracts.
- Expert knowledge of Charter Parties, Bills of Ladings and other shipping / trading related matters.
- Good knowledge in Letters Of Credit, Bank Guarantees and other payment related instruments.
- Good knowledge of Insurance / Marine Insurance and related matters.
- Expert knowledge of ICE No.11 Futures Contract and LIFFE No. 5 Futures Contract. Experienced in CRM systems will be an advantage
- Business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting). Experience working with Finance systems would be essential.
- Experience working with Hedging Department would be essential.
- Successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in the organization, as well as multicultural staff.
