Head of Sales

Job description / Role

Our client, is a leading interior fit out, design and full solution expert in the UAE are looking for a Head of Sales for a new role to head up their expanding sales team in Dubai. The role will involve working with multiple business units within the group offering you to develop your career further into strategic sales, or general management.

This position will report directly into the Head of the group and you will be responsible for:

Lead sales strategy and activities
Drive the sales team and business
Explore new markets and deliver continued growth in established sectors
Manage and provide KPI's to the current Sales Team
Deliver across this matrix environment
Partner with other business units to drive a one stop solution.

Requirements

Skills needed:

10 years experience in Sales
5 years experience managing sales teams
Experience in the INTERIOR DESIGN, INTERIOR FIT OUT industry in either hospitality, commercial, or residential IS A MUST for this role.
Great client stakeholder skills
