Job description / Role
The role will be reporting directly to the Head of Branches and Distribution
Managing a department consisting of over 1,000 people of mixed nationalities
Managing multi products consisting of;
- Credit Cards
- Personal Finance
- Auto Finance
Requirements
- Successful experience managing over 400 people
- Proven track record in achieveing set targets and generated growth through dedicated work and motivation
- Experience across multi products focused on consumer banking
- Current experience in the UAE or GCC
