The RoleThe RoleMy client a manufacturer of packaging requires a sales manager with previous industry experience to manager the sales team and drive sales. Main Duties: • Heading up the sales function for the Business Unit • Driving Business Development by designing a strategy and implementing this accordingly • Ensuring that improved market knowledge is present within the sales team • Improving presentation skills of the team • Following through with the corporate strategy for change, growth and diversity. • Maintaining and developing existing relationships with key clients • Monitoring the team performance • Producing quarterly reports of sales figures • Playing a key role in annual business planning and budgeting |
RequirementsRequirements• At Least 4 yrs experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry • Experience of influencing key head of functions to follow the outlined brand strategy and external image • Must have experience of implementing new policies and procedures • Experience of imposing and managing change and development • University Graduate or equivalent in experience • Excellent communication and organization skills |
