Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Head of Siebel will be responsible for the daily operational and architectural integrity of the Siebel / CRM Strategy and solutions. This will be defining and executing the Siebel / CRM Strategy keeping within the group policies and blueprint.

Overseeing and Maintaining business application systems, performing all phases of maintenance, configuration and deployment. Understand key priorities and strategic initiatives of the Group operation/function in order to identify the appropriate use of Siebel technology to meet the strategic objectives, align opportunities/ projects across the operations.
This will be regularly communicating with all Project Managers and Development Managers to reinforces project status, prioritisation, and timing including the communication of critical issues, technical challenges, and mitigation strategies. Then presenting to senior management, Head of Technology, CTO and the Board.

Requirements

The key responsibilities of this position includes:
• Business Development:
Works in conjunction with the business leadership and application consumers to implement solutions in support of the primary function / purpose.
• Vendor Management:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure alignment between business goals and IT strategy, and direction of the vendors.
• Project Management:
Oversees several parallel projects, ranging in scope and complexity, ensuring that standards are followed. Coordinates with development, administrative, and project teams to assure smooth implementations and achievement of stated business outcomes. Applies knowledge of technology and business functions to establish ballpark development efforts and costs for IT requests.
