Job description / Role

A leading professional services Group are currently looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition.

Based in Dubai and will lead the centralised Talent Acquisition function to support all offices across the Middle East,

Responsible for leading and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, for sourcing and hiring top global talent, building and maintaining talent pipelines in relevant locations and driving the use of sophisticated sourcing strategies and tools.

Requirements

- Degree Qualified
- Minimum of 10 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Experience working in Financial Services/Investment Banking
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Full process Management experience
- Middle East experience

Salary: 45,000 AED/month
