Employment: Full Time

Head of Talent Management. Exciting opportunity with one of Pakistan's largest and most advanced Investment Groups and conglomerates. Based in Karachi, Pakistan - excellent expat salary and package.

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Talent Management will be responsible for the following:
- Support the company in building strong BU Boards through identification and selection, professional development and evaluation of board members
- Conduct periodic reviews of strategic HR practices e.g. talent philosophy, succession, compensation
- Work with BU management to modify practices as required
- Help identify, develop and train top talents at Parent Company and Sister Companies
- Co-ordinate recruiting process for new employees
- Identify Candidates
- Coordinate interviewing and on boarding process
- Implement and manage a formal and periodical review process for all employees

Requirements

- University Degree, preferably MBA qualified
- Prior experience in a Talent Management role, in a leading multinational organisation, consultancy or large Family Group.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills with ability to work in challenging and diverse stakeholder environments
- Proven track record of execution and delivery
- 4-6 years of relevant experience at a corporate level
- Resourceful and adopts an ownership mind-set
- Previous experience in development of training programs (desirable)
