Head of Training and Development

A Head of Training and Development opportunity has arisen within a prestigious and successful organisation in Doha, Qatar. As Head of Training and Development the successful candidate will develop the company’s strategies and assess, design, measure and evaluate new and innovative learning approaches.
As Head of Training and Development the candidate will be responsible for measuring training needs analysis, establishing new training modules, delivering and participating in the training programmes, working with Heads of Departments to design and outsource training if necessary, liaise with programme coordinators, train and certify managers, as well as lead training projects and follow up on actions.

Requirements

The Head of Training and Development will be passionate and dedicated with the drive, enthusiasm, energy and creativity to achieve the vision whilst guiding the HR function. Western candidates are preferred with GCC experience as well as a background in Hospitality, Retail or Leisure. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as proficiency in all IT packages.
