Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Developing of the Treasury Sales revenue across all areas of the bank and and their own client base.
- Raising the banks market profile through revenue growth in the country.
- Conducting training sessions for other areas of the business and Relationship Managers to raise awareness and understanding of Treasury products in order to help them achieving their sales goals.
- Coach and mentor new Relationship Managers in treasury products and market knowledge to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Meet Local sales targets.
- Perform joint appointments with Relationship Managers when required

Key Roles:
- Co-coordinating all treasury sales efforts within the country.
- Liaising with other areas of the bank and Relationship Managers to promote sales driven value-added Treasury business within the country.
- Set up joint sales visits with other areas of the bank
- Produce and distribute local market commentaries for the client base.
- Device and implement local marketing campaigns attend prominent congresses/conferences; raise local market visibility of the bank.
- Assist in treasury product development by providing feedback on clients preferences and needs as well as contributing ideas on how products can be better packaged and retailed to clients.

Requirements

- Successful candidate should be a University graduate or MBA holder with a min experience of 5-6 yrs. in similar role.
- At least 6 years sound working knowledge of Treasury business, products and procedures; understanding of general banking in other areas.
- A strong FX market knowledge and sales experiences are necessary.
- Strong strategic planning skills and be able to drive initiative to grow business volume
- Must be a team player, possessing good communication and motivating skills
- Capable to present and liaise with management.
- Must be based in the UAE on a full UAE sponsorship Visa
